Parke Tempe – Pecan Grove Village

While driving along Kyrene Road, you might see two South Tempe neighborhoods that look very similar and are right next to each other on the East side of the road between Elliot and Warner. Homes in Parke Tempe and Pecan Grove Village can often be confused as being the same neighborhood but, that’s ok because they both share several things in common. A great location, easy access to walking and biking trails, close proximity to many restaurants, shops and employment centers and easy access to freeways are just some of the things that make this a great location.
