No longer landlords
My husband and I bought our Tempe town home when our son was an ASU student in 2003. Over the years we enjoyed renting to students, but it got a little too hard being absentee landlords. We got a postcard from Nick Bastian, and I decided to give him a call. Nick made the process of selling easy. He’s very hands on. And when he discovered our tenants had covered the skylights, he even climbed up and removed the covering himself. We are happily no longer landlords, and Nick Bastian was there to help every step of the way. I recommend Nick and his team without reservation.
