Mitchell Park Tempe AZ

The Mitchell Park Neighborhood is another favorite of many Tempe residents. Mitchell Park consists of two different yet similar neighborhoods. There is a Mitchell Park East and a Mitchell Park West. Like their neighbor to the east, the Maple Ash Neighborhood, the homes in this area are considered to be a very convenient Tempe location.

Mitchell Park East is bounded by University Drive on the north and 13th Street to the south. The eastern boundary is at Farmer Avenue and the western boundary is Roosevelt Street. According to the City of Tempe, Mitchell Park East has 315 residences built from the 1930’s to the 1950’s.

Mitchell Park West has the same northern and southern boundaries of University Drive and 13th Street and goes from Roosevelt, west to Hardy. According to the City of Tempe, Mitchell Park West consists of 274 residences built from the 1940’s to the 1960’s.
