Camelot Village is a great South Tempe neighborhood. I am a big fan of neighborhoods that are in good locations, are close to shopping, restaurants, good schools, etc. In my opinion, the Camelot Village neighborhood fits that bill!
Located just west of the 101 freeway and not far from the US 60, Camelot Village is in the 85283 zip code and is all about convenience.
Just to the west of the neighborhood you will find three popular Tempe shopping centers with restaurants, shops, a Fry’s grocery store and a Walgreens Pharmacy. You will also find neighborhood favorites like Wildflower Bread, Starbucks, Pei Wei, Trader Joe’s, 24 Carrots, a car mechanic, dry cleaners, Pizza Hut, Jamba Juice, Orange Theory and just about anything else you could want or need. Having so many conveniences close by means that the neighborhood is a very walkable community, which I think is pretty cool. If you like nice homes and a great location, you will probably agree that this area is worth a look!
