Seriously, this location is awesome. In Tempe, when people think of urban living, they often think of the homes in or near the Mill Avenue District. Busy professionals, retired people, or many types of lifestyle choices can be a great fit for this gem of a neighborhood that often seems to fly under the radar of many home shoppers. Unfortunately for people that want to live here, there is a limited supply and residents tend to stick around for a while.
