Another community I like a lot is Camelot Park Villas in Tempe.
This neighborhood is located near Camelot Village and the area we often call the “Camelot Corner.” Residents enjoy a great location near Stroud Park with easy freeway access and plenty of restaurants and shops close by.
Camelot Park Villas is a community of 50 patio homes built between 1985 and 1987 near the intersection of McClintock and Guadalupe in South Tempe.
The average home in the neighborhood is 1,816 square feet. These homes are great for full and part time residents.
People seem to love the well cared for common areas, the nice community pool and spa and being close to Stroud Park. The City of Tempe walking trails are very close and offer miles af walking, jogging, biking, etc.
This short video will give you a brief glimpse of what Camelot Park Villas looks like. Of course, you really should take a look for yourself! Typically, there isn’t much for sale in the neighborhood, but we can always send you any homes as they become available.
Below we have a map of the area showing some of the things in the community and the surrounding neighborhoods that we call the Camelot Corner.
There’s a Trader Joe’s on the corner along with places like: 24 Carrots, Sacred Pi Pizza, Sweetest Season Artisan Eatery, Panera bread, Changing hands Bookstore and SO many more. It’s one of the best corners around! SO convenient!
Should you have any questions about these homes or about the area in general, please feel free to contact Nick Bastian at Realty Executives for details. Nick can be reached at 602-803-NICK ( 6425 )
