Elliot Estates, also known as Toscana, is located on the southwest corner of Elliot and Rural in Tempe. This luxury gated community of 42 lots has homes that average 3,500 square feet, with lot sizes around 10,000 square feet. The homes were built between 2006 and 2007. The schools for the area are within the highly rated Kyrene and Tempe Union High School districts. Elementary students attend Waggoner , middle schoolers attend Kyrene Middle School and high school students attend Corona del Sol.
