When your out at the home, pay attention to the road behind you. What you'll find is that because this home is located nearly in the exact middle of the north of the community. All the persons driving from the east have already entered their neighborhoods & every body driving from the west has already turned into their neighborhoods. This means the only traffic is the cars coming to this neighborhood... & half of those are coming from the other direction. What it really means is that there is very few vehicles that drive this street behind your home. Don't believe it...then hang out in the backyard for 10-20 minutes and count the cars. There is a good chance not a single vehicle will drive by. If it does, this home sits well above the street for privacy.
