Seriously, this location is awesome. In Tempe, when people think of urban living, they often think of the homes in or near the Mill Avenue District. Legends At Tempe is not your typical cookie cutter neighborhood. You won’t find a home with a large yard for pets or kids to play in. The lots are small and you WILL be close to your neighbors. Yes, that can be a good thing.
The lifestyle at Legends At Tempe is a great fit for full OR part-time residences. Busy professionals, retired people, or many types of lifestyle choices can be a great fit for this gem of a neighborhood. For some reason, this community seems to fly under the radar of many home shoppers. Unfortunately for people that want to live here, there is a limited supply and residents tend to stick around for a while.
