Another premier South Tempe neighborhood we like a lot is Round Valley Estates. This neighborhood is located near McClintock and Guadalupe. It’s super convenient to shops, restaurants, and great freeway access. From here, you can get anywhere in the Valley by jumping on the 101 or the 60.

Want to go to the Mall? Chandler Fashion Mall is right down the 101. Restaurants and grocery stores are just around the corner, too. Jobs? Yeah, they are close. The Price Corridor, ASU Research Park and a lot of jobs are just minutes away.
