Kiwanis Park – Tempe, AZ

Kiwanis Park is a 125 acre community park in south Tempe. There is a stocked lake, walking / running / bike trails, tons of picnic areas and an awesome 54,000 square foot Recreation Center. The rec center has an indoor wave pool, a fitness center, gymnasium, a corporate ramada area, classrooms and an outdoor 15-court tennis center. The park also has batting cages, volleyball courts, baseball fields and basketball courts. A real community asset, for sure. Kids love the addition of the new Fiesta Playground. The playground adds more playground equipment and a zip line.

Kiwanis Park is a great venue for people to enjoy all kinds of recreational activities. They also have many cool events each year for the community. One of our favorites is the I-Help Walk to Alleviate Homeless that is put on by the Tempe Community Action Agency.
