You’ll find the Hudson Trace community located near Price and Southern in Tempe. It’s a really nice complex with well manicured grounds and a community swimming pool. Unlike many of the condos nearby, each of these units have their own private garage.

Take a look at unit 2023: This is a 2 bedroom unit with 2 bathrooms. Many of the one and two bedroom units in the complex just have a single bathroom. There’s a 2 bedroom unit in here that is more like a 1 bedroom with a loft. Not nearly as nice! Unit 2023 is nicely updated unit also has vaulted ceilings and a fireplace.

This is a great opportunity to buy a Tempe condo with a garage for under $300k! If you have been watching the market, you know how hard it is to find a nice home with a garage in this price range!

Heck, many of the condos in the area are not nearly as nice as this complex and many don’t have private garages, yet are currently selling for more money. We truly believe that Hudson Trace is a great value in the current market.

For instance: Look at thes homes at Springtree that have recently averaged well over $300 per square foot. No garages and we feel like the community and grounds are not nearly as nice. Plus, the convenience of the location is much better here on Southern Ave. Springtree is located near Broadway and McClintock which is just a couple of miles away. Another great example is University Ranch. No garages, the amenities are not nearly as nice and recent sales of homes of a similar size are well above $300k. This is also just a couple of miles away. We like that the community has such great freeway access for people to be able to get places easily. You’ll be minutes from jobs, restaurants, employment centers, the airport and close to Arizona State University. Banner Desert Medical Center and Mesa Community College are just to the East, as well.

A few of our favorite restaurants nearby are Manuel’s Mexican Cantina, Dilly’s Deli and local favorite Szechwan Noodle.
