We have teamed up with the Tempe Chamber of Commerce for a fun happy hour that will benefit Career Ready Tempe. Our friends at Maskadores Taco Shop will feature our own Tempe Chamber Beer that was brewed by Catalyst Brewing.
We’ll have $4 happy hour beers and 50% of the beer sales will be donated to the Tempe Chamber Foundation! Maskadores will also donate 20% of their food sales from our happy hour to the Chamber Foundation!
First Annual Spring Fling Happy Hour!

Why? It’s the first weekend of Spring! We thought it would be great to get friends, family and community members together for a Spring Fling! We love Maskadores, we love this time of year and we love fun events like this. PLUS, we can raise some money to help the great work they do at the Chamber!
We’ll be featuring the newly crafted Tempe Chamber of Commerce Orange Belgian Ale. 50% of every “Chamber Beer” sale will go directly to the Career Ready Tempe program, helping Tempe Union High School District students enter the workforce and build a bright future.
We love supporting small businesses in the area and Maskadores is one of our favorites. Maskadores will also be raffling merchandise and gift certificates for anyone purchasing food items! PLUS, it’s a chance for South Tempe to shine. We know that this time of year brings a LOT of events downtown but we like spreading the love! We’re inviting members of the community, City officials, Tempe Tourism and more to join us, too! This will be a fun event for the whole community to enjoy.

Here’s how Catalyst Brewing describes the new Chamber Beer:
We teamed up with the Tempe Chamber of Commerce to create a Belgian Wheat ale with Valencia orange zest.
The beer is modeled after wheat beers from Belgium with an Arizona twist. We added over 200 pounds of Valencia oranges to round this out. The beer pours a bright straw color with a dense head and live carbonation.
Spicy esters flow from the glass with background notes of orange groves and earthy soil. Drink with a purpose, because every can sold we direct proceeds to Career Ready, a program that helps youths to prepare for college and enter the workforce!
More About the Tempe Chamber Foundation:
Proceeds from the beer directly benefit Career Ready Tempe, a summer internship program that connects high school students with career opportunities. The Foundation also supports Tempe Leadership, Tempe Youth Leadership, and Tempe Cares, all of which cultivate leadership and community engagement.
