Corona Village

Corona Village is in a part of town that we like a lot near McClintock and Ray in Chandler.

There’s actually two neighborhoods located north west of McClintock and Ray that have similar names. You’ll find Suggs Corona Village to the west of Corona Village. Both of these neighborhoods are right on the Tempe / Chandler border. In fact, there is an adjoining neighborhood called Corona Del Sol Estates just north of these neighborhoods that is within the city of Tempe.

The Suggs Corona Village Unit 1″ neighborhood has 215 lots and was built between 1981-1983. These are all single level homes that average 1358 square feet on 8,965 *average) square foot lots.

The “Corona Village 2” subdivision has 268 lots and was built between 1984-1994. 43 mulit-level homes and 225 single story homes.  The houses are a little larger on average at 2140 square feet on lots that average 9783 square feet.

Great Kyrene Schools:

People tend to love the fact that these neighborhoods are located within the highly rated Kyrene School District. In fact, Kyrene del Cielo elementary school can be found right within the neighborhood.

Just to the south of Ray Road at Desert Breeze Boulevard, you’ll find Kyrene Apprende Middle School. Yes, Apprende is right across from the awesome Desert Breeze Park!

It’s probably no surprise to hear that the nearest high school is Corona del Sol. Aztec roots run deep within this “Kyrene Corridor” area, for sure!

We love the location and lifestyle in this area. Open spaces, tons of restaurants and job centers are close, there’s also easy access to major freeways and so much more.

If there are any properties currently on the market in the either of Corona Village neighborhoods, they will be displayed below. This is a live feed from our MLS system.

Please feel free to contact Robyn Payne at The Nick Bastian Team if you would like to see any of the homes for sale in the area. Robyn can be reached at 480-278-6725.
