Raintree is an absolutely beautiful neighborhood in South Tempe. We love the look and feel of this neighborhood. From the beautiful mature trees to so many well manicured lawns with beautiful homes. This is NOT a cookie cutter neighborhood.
Technically, Raintree consists of two subdivisions. Raintree Unit 1 and Raintree Unit 2.
Unit One has 52 improved lots with homes that average 3,179 square feet. The average size of a lot in Unit 1 is 19,848 square feet.
Unit Two has 63 improved lots with homes that average 2,918 square feet. The average size of a lot in Unit 2 is 18,916 square feet.
Driving through this neighborhood, you really won’t distinguish the difference of the two units. What you will see is beautiful homes in a really great community.

This map shows the approximate location of the community entrance off of Rural Rd. Basically, the location is from Rural to Mill as the East and West boundaries. The Southern boundary is Carver Rd and the Northern boundary is just north of Secretariat.
