We are excited to announce our new south Tempe real estate office!
Once some remodeling is done, we will move in to this really great space near Kyrene and Warner. We’ll share some more photos of our new space soon! The photo below shows our lobby entrance. We are the first door on the left as you enter the building.
We understand that people don’t have a need to visit a traditional real estate office very often. Together, we will be participating in several community events throughout the year and will be inviting people to participate. Think food drives, fundraisers and more.
Here at the Nick Bastian Team, we think of a real estate office as more than just an office. We want it to be a place where people can learn about why we love being a part of this community.

Central SE Valley Location:
While located in south Tempe, our office is minutes from communities like NW Chandler and Ahwatukee. Combined, these areas are sometimes called the Kyrene Corridor.
Our new location is convenient to many large retailers, local restaurants and great entertainment.
Some of the larger employers in the area include: Intel, Honeywell, Avnet and many more.
Area entertainment consists of places like the Electric Pickle, Main Event, Tempe Sports Complex, Ken McDonald golf course and others.
South Tempe Neighborhoods:

Warner Ranch: Just minutes from our office and a truly wonderful community. The area has beautiful parks and an elementary school right at the heart of the community. With two beautiful public parks you will find basketball courts, playgrounds, tennis/pickelball and a ton of open space to play. The community also has many greenbelts and large beautiful trees.
Graystone: One of our favorite gated communities in all of Tempe. The community has an elegant and upscale look and feel from the moment you arrive. There’s a gorgeous stone entry, an abundance of large mature trees, well-kept grounds, a beautiful community fountain and a great mix of custom built homes.
Buena Vista Ranchos: Buena Vista Ranchos consists of 150 homes averaging approximately 3,460 square feet in size. The average lot size in Buena Vista Ranchos is 36,034 square feet which is more than 3/4 of an acre.
Pheasant Ridge: Of the 49 homes in Pheasant Ridge, 47 are single level homes. The average lot size of the homes is nearly 23,000 square feet. This means that you won’t be right on top of your neighbor like so many of the newer neighborhoods in other parts of town.
